Constance Redd won the heart of the
judges and made history by becoming the first contestant to every wear the title Miss Blue & Gold spring semester of 2012 at East Tennessee State University. The title was created by Byrgundy Mallory to encourage leadership and volunteerism within the realm of community service.
​
Constance has been very active among her community, church, and the university. She will be implementing an array of community service projects next semester. Miss. Redd will be working on developing her platform and participating in the ETSU Princess Reward Program (PRP) which is a mentoring program for the youth within and outside of our community. Constance attends East
Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee and loves learning about her heritage.
